But are Arsenal fans the only ones that are suffering? Because certain factions amongst our support believe us to be the only ones who are being taken advantage of, the other day I spoke to a Man City via twitter who was moaning about away tickets prices, I then explained Arsenal fans have suffered this for years, sadly that's the price of being a successful club but is it?

Arsenal played Fulham Saturday cheapest tickets was £35 still pretty expensive right? If you compare the price to Leyton Orient who play Division 1 football 2 leagues below us, how much was their cheapest ticket £25!! Wow that's a tenner cheaper than our game vs Fulham. Greed is amongst all clubs not just our own club, we need to look at the bigger picture here. Until football fans as a whole stand up to the people who rob us because our love dictates that we have to see a game and at any cost, we will continue being ripped off.

In Germany fans of teams boycotted the game for 2 week's to make a stand against the greed in their game. I have been to Germany and few times now, their tickets prices are ridiculously low they get free travel with a match day ticket, the German game has benefitted the fans have benefited from it. I am not asking you to boycott games but I am asking you to make a stand, myself I never buy a programme or food in the ground. Now imagine if say 45,000 of the fans at the Grove boycotted Programmes and food it would hit our greedy chairmen in the pocket.

Football is a sport first then a spectator sport second I'm not an idiot I believe we need TV coverage and sponsorship and businessmen involved in the game. But you take away the people who truly love the game the supporters, the game would be nothing. It's time the fans where treated with respect and the importance we all deserve. It's time to make a stand but in the right way

Ok without further adue my first selection is

GK Manuel Almunia.. Yeah I said it! Shoot me, he is in merely due to the fact he save Robbie Keanes Penalty at the grove

RB Lauren anyone remember that penalty? Proper pisstake to win the game for us

LB Nigel Winterburn this is the hardest posistion no one, stands out for any reason so I go on the basis Its Nigel Winterburn

CB Tony Adams 'Donkey' won 2 derbies so slots in as El Caotain to

CB Sol Campbell Double Double Sol Campbell has won the double. Coming over to us is enough for him to slot in with Tone

RW Rocky Rocastle 87 winning goal in the littlewoods cup final gets him in there

LW Robert Pires love to score against the spuds, he used to run the gauntlet of hate after scoring by running behind the goal

CM Fabregas scored more than enough goals against spurs to be in here

Fw Henry from in his own half made spurs look silly

Fw Bergkamp scored a brilliant goal against them

Fw Adepayhore Whaaaat yeas Adebayor he score do many goals vs them he had to be in sadly

The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-43564959576068437622012-01-06T18:13:00.001-08:002012-01-06T18:29:16.997-08:00Racism rears its ugly head AGAIN!!!

Now I'm not saying all Liverpool fans are racist, but at least 2 where Vs Oldham. The thing what sicken me most was other Liverpool fans defending these 2 pieces of filth, many went with he was hit by a coin angle or they didn't call him a Black Bastard they called him a Manc Bastard angle.

Either way both where incorrect, the 'fans' where kicked out of the ground. Thats another problem I have, Why wasn't they arrested? I would go further and name and shame them. Liverpool have a chance here after the Suarez fiasco to almost make things right.
Both these 'fans' should be banned for life and given heavy fines.

You may notice I am putting 'fans' rather than fans. There is a reason no true Football fan could share these blinkered views on black players in the beautiful game of Football. Not having seen Pele, Thierry Henry, Samuel Etto, Ruud Gullitt, Patrick Vieira, Yaya Toure etc etc grace the beloved game. How can you be against black people but yet cheer when one scores for your team thats just hypocritical.

Several black football players where upset what happened to young 20 year old Tom Odeyemi and rightly so. A lot of twitters rallied behind them but some people where pushing the Sepp Blatter line 'Just get on with it' No why should they just get on with it, its 2012 now we shouldn't get on with anyone who offends us, we should stand up for what is right and what is wrong. We shouldn't have to 'just get on with it' if something offends us we should be able to say 'no thats wrong' and take the correct action

Sadly some people get a bit brave on twitter hiding behind a keyboard, thinking they can mouth of say what they want to whom they want. Trouble is if your a big mouth on twitter. You obviously a big mouth elsewhere people will find your number, your address and where you work. Pretty sure that ain't what you want is it?

In previous years we have made great progress at Kicking Racism out of football, but the last few weeks in both Football and in day to day life, we have gone back 20 yrs. We can beat Racism but we all need to work together to sort it

Please follow me @AFChymnSheet thanks all

So the King is coming Home, this should please most people yet it don't. Yes we need a full time striker to help Robin van Persie, but why shouldn't we snap up Henry on a 2 month loan as well?
He is too old I hear to often, he is 34 ffs I might as well give up if thats to old. He fucked off to Barcelona....and? He went there and won the Champions league shall we begrudge him that? Henry served us well. He could lift a deflated team with one bit of genius, as much as I love RvP I haven't seen him do that as much as Henry.
Another cry I hear is 'his legend will be tarnished' Bullcrap people Bullcrap. Henry is a Double winning, invincible and Arsenal top scorer. Do you think if Henry had one bad game or 2 someone will come and erased them records? Henry is a legend and will remain one. You will tell your Grandkids of Henry at the San Siro or in Madrid, the solo goal vs the Spuds, I can list many things this guy has done.

Moving on from the King, I wish to tell a few people who are constantly moaning, you know who you are. Wenger is not a idiot he knows he needs to strengthen but quite rightly he needs to get rid of the dead wood first. I like Arshavin when on form but he hasn't been for awhile he must be on 80k a week so he needs a new club as he obviously isn't happy here, neither is Chamakh. If we can also ship out Diaby, yes he is a talented player at times but he is always injured.

Who would I like to come in? Well to be honest I don't play Championship Manager like so many of you would be managers do, so I wont run of a list of names, just positions another Striker a left back and a stand in keeper, but I have the feeling we could sign Messi and still some would moan he is one footed

The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-33039066670156978572011-08-29T04:45:00.001-07:002011-08-29T04:45:11.844-07:00We want answers not Excuses

I won't reflect too much on the joke of a performance we all know thats not good enough for Arsenal.
But we certainly want answers to these questions

Q1. Everyone knew Cesc and Cashri wanted off everyone. I love Wenger but surely this is one thing he actually did see happening, why did we not bring in signings to replace before selling them? You had enough time to

Q2. Who is to blame for this is it Wenger, Gazidis, Kronke, Hill-wood or someone else. There has to be someone held acountable to our demise. Does Wenger get the money he needs for Transfers are our contracts not lucrative? Myself I cant see what Wenger has to gain by not signing no one. He is not an idiot. Is Gazidis and Staff shockingly bad in transfer dealing with players. We lost out on Mata due to dithering and penny pinching. Apparently wants the salary cap lifted, so why hasnt it been? We have to pay the highest prices for tickets in English football it doesnt compute with me?

Q3. Who is actually on charge of our Club, I know Kronke is the major share holder but what does he actually do? Hill-Wood gets a good wage but does very little but sell exclusives to the Daily Star

Q4. Why does Wenger keep saying I will buy if they are of top quality at the moment we need just quality to help our top players out. We can rely on a 19 year old kid from Charlton to fill gaps. He isn't ready yet.

Q5. Why does Walcott defend corners put him on half wayline

Q6 4-3-3 just why? Yesterday Wenger could of played 4-4-2 to add more experience he could of gone with Chamakh or Bendtner partnering Robin v Persie. Traore isnt good enough s po Coquelin could of filled in at LB with a midfield of Ramsey Rosicky Walcott and Arshavin.
Q7 are we getting any signings in at all

But I think he was honestly naive to the fact that the word is offensive to Jewish people. Yes the spurs fans do call themselves the Yid Army but that doesn't make it right.

Tottenham only call themselves that as in the late 70's to late 80's Arsenal fans used to call them 'yid scum' etc etc due to there large Jewish fan base. The Tottenham fans adopted the name to show that it didn't bother them. Much the same ways as Spurs gave us the name 'Goons' which later became Gooners after we adopted it.

Now we are in the 21st century we need to move on with the times, the word Yid or Yido is no longer acceptable in the same way as the words Nigger or Paki are. We are Arsenal we having the biggest multicultral fan base in the world, I stand alongside 4 Jewish guys at Arsenal. They are passionate Gooners but they are alienated when we play Tottenham.

I agree the word Yid should be banned from football and teams should be fined if there fans sing it. It should affect Tottenham more than us, as half there songs contain the word Yid or Yido.

Comments always welcomed
My advice do not buy one of these people. Becausebas soon as the Arsenal start winning trophies again. You will find you have no ST for the next season.

Some people have good reason to sell for a year, The majority don't. When you ask them why they moan a lack of ambition from the club etc. If that was the case why bother getting someone else to buy your season ticket under your name. That means shit as far as Arsenal PLC see Joe Bloggs is happy with whats going on as Joe Bloggs has renewed. Also don't make out your doing a fellow Gooner a good deed. If anything he is doing you a good deed, Because we all know if Arsenal was to win the league 2011/12 you'll be back for 2012/13 leaving Mr Rental putting up with Chris Waddle on ESPN.

Please do not buy season tickets of any of these people

The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-20538142571943699232011-05-13T23:20:00.001-07:002011-05-13T23:20:48.766-07:00BSM walk on Sunday

Whilst I think alot of people going on the walk Sunday have other agenda's. I do on whole agree with the BSM. Ticket prices are a joke they don't want the old school fan there, They want the double barrelled Surnames with his kids Julian and Hycinth in tow. Sorry but this is Football not last night of the proms. You have no Atmosphere as the Hardcore are working class and Family comes first. So they have had to sacrifice Arsenal due to silly prices on ST.

I know Arsenal need to make money but the last few years they are taking the piss 8 kits in 3 years is a joke something we used to take the piss out off at Man Utd for. Being an Arsenal fan is the most expensive fan to be when you consider our ST and when the Arsenal turn up away prices double. Yes our Football is better than Blackburn does this make it right?

Its about time the supporters of Arsenal, Man Utd Chelsea and Liverpool said enough is enough there should be one fixed price on all Football tickets. Why should I pay more than a stoke fan as I was born with taste?

Every Gooner needs to ban buying a programme a beer and burger in the ground etc something I have.done for years now. I would even suggest not buying Emirates cup tickets. The club needs the fans as much as we need the club trouble is, they don't seem to see that.

I won't buy any kits myself and I will ask you as Gooners not to either. The choice is yours no longer will I be used to pay Diaby's over the top wages

Note: there maybe some grammer mistakes in my blog, I don't care I went to a School in Hackney and the education wasn't great. However everything I say is from the heart and meant

I am 33 I have seen Arsenal win many things, I was lucky enough to see a team of players who didn't lose a league game in one season. I have seen records broken, I have seen goals you could only dream about. I have seen players who I would never of dreamed of watching in the early 80's and mid 90's.
The majority of our success is due to one man and that is Arsene Wenger. Have I forgot no I haven't unlike many others mainly a guy called censored who is organizing the 'Wenger out' march. I'm not exposing him as he has already done that via facebook. Now I have never seen this fella before at Arsenal not questioning if he goes or not by the way. But I am dubious about it.
I am a loyal man I support my club through thick and thin, I doubt Mr Anti Arsene does. Arsene has his faults as do all of us. Yes he is stubborn we know that. As someone tweeted yesterday 'Wenger has put his neck on the line for some players, but they haven't for him'
I do believe there will be a mass clearance of dead wood at the club. But throwing money about the place achieves nothing. Man city has spent over 400 million and nots including the hyper inflating contracts of players and they have a FA Cup final to show for it! Would that please the Wenger out brigade?? Man united have of recent years have spent quite prudently relying on youth and older players. They are having a bad season according to many but still lead the league and are dead certs for a champions league final spot.

I am sticking behind Wenger as I believe in him. I don't believe in lightweights and their crew

Whilst its not a Wenger out blog I do notice Arsené has his flaws, I will try to address this in this blog

1. FORMATION. Wengers persistancy to play 4-3-2-1 this season has been our main downfall this season. When Arsenal play the likes of Man United, Chelsea and even Spurs. They change their formation to counter act ours, and it works Fergie knows Wenger is to stubborn and won't try anything else. So he plays 5 accross the midfield with Flectcher breaking up the majority of our counter attacks. If Wenger changed to a 4-4-2 for instance it would destroy alot of Fergies gameplan. But Wenger doesn't do this

2. SUBSTITIONS. Wenger never seems to make a sub until the 75th minute unless someone gets injured. That has to change we have 3 subs to make yes there could be 3 injuries after the 75th highly unlikely unless we are playing Stoke. Alot if the time you can see a team is getting more into the game like both NLD this year. If Wenger made a change earlier than 75th minute we could of stop both results happening. Also going back to formation when making subs don't do like for like. Don't bring off Walcott for Bendtner then play him on the wing. The guy is a centre forward he is 6ft 3 in height and a great header of the ball. Swithed the formation to a 4-4-1-1 with RvP playing the Bergkamp role.

3. TRANSFERS. Wenger stop being tight with the money. Us Gooners ain't when it comes to renewing our season tickets although that might change this season. We put alot into the club we deserve better than the cheapskate transfers you try. One season we was a million short of signing Alonso. Alonso and Cesc in the same team would of won us trophies. With trophies comes prize money, we would of made the money back and more. We also are fed up with the same lines as ' When they are all fit we will have to many Attackers/midfielder/defenders/keepers' Wenger the last time they was all fit....... Well I have never known a all fit Arsenal Squad never.

4. DEADWOOD. Right we all know the players who need to go, but Wenger doesn't seem to know or he is to stubborn to acknowledge, yes Arsené you have been correct aboutba few players we haven't given time to, Song and Djourou being the main 2 for me, but there are players like Denilson, Diaby, Rosicky, Almunia, etc etc who ain't good enough and need to be chopped. I don't doubt they may become Good players but how many more years do Diaby and Denilson need, there hardly youth players now. We have players out in loan who would battle hard for Arsenal. Lansbury has been amazing for Norwich and should be well ahead of a midfield place than Diaby, Dean Nelson and Rosicky

Wenger please address these issues over the summer, I love being a Gooner but I also love being a winner

Arsenal happened once again we slaughter a team with possesion but we fail to score in open play. Who can we pin the blame of draw on to? Eboue? Wenger? Marriner?

No none of them the whole of our attack needs to be sat down and shown how to shoot. Of our 4 best chances in the game only one was from Robin van Persie. The others where Eboue, Diaby and Kozzer. Nasri is exausted who can remember the last game he dominated? van Persie doesn't seem to remember how to turn on a ball.

I am not a fan of Diaby as some of you will know but I thought he was the only player looking to play a forward pass or make a run. Talking of running Whats up with Theo he seems to run at psce but in sight of a defender he eases up!! Theo take it from a defender we hate pace you slowing down enliminates that fear.

We play them lot down the road next and hopefully the Geordies can do us a favour against Man Ure. However I do feel its Man Ures title now sadly. But we have to keep trying to win I believe they could win the title at the grove we cant and must't let that happen

Anyway looking forward to next season in our 3 new kits!! I will be boycotting all 3 Arsenal snd Nike are taking the piss out of us thats 6 kits in 3 years sorry but no more from me and encourage other Gooners to follow suit. The Blue kit is a disgrace to the club thankfully I aint seen the white one as of yet. Arsenal are showing a lack of respect to loyal fans.

If you are going to shithole on Wednesday be careful but let them know 61 never again

Denilson, Diaby, Eboue, Wenger, the board etc etc. I know who I blame its our home support well I say support but as someone on twitter mentioned they are followers or to me spectators. Our Away support is 2nd to none and its no coincidence that Arsenals Away form is the best in the league.
Every Gooner I speak to claims to get behind the lads at home well obviously some of you guys are lying. The only time I hear an atmosphere is at games vs big teams and the scum. But you can hear the discontent from Gooners all to well.
On Sunday we are away to Blackpool who have a great atmosphere despite not winning anything for years. But if your an home supporter listen out and you will hear the away boys show you how to support a team.
I will explain it in a way some doom and gloomers will understand At the Grove we have what we call Denilson fans. Basically they wear the kit, say they love the club but they offer nothing to support that.
Then Away you have Wilshere fans. fans who lives and breathes Arsenal. Who keeps going to the last ball is kicked.

But by various fans, I won't call them Gooners or Supporters. These people are what is wrong with our home support. 25 minutes or so in we concede a free kick on the edge of the area. Some idiot shouts 'OI you useless Spainish C##t get on your line'.
At the time Almunia had done nothing wrong. I have no problem with people slagging off a player admit it we all do at some point. But why do you need to bring in the fact that he is Spanish. This same supporter has been calling Arshavin a lazy Russian C##t all season. I tell you what next game one word out of turn next game I will expose you on my blog.

Ok as we all know there ain't much to talk about concerning the game it was woeful. But teams will drop points Man utd will drop points be realistic. The league may seem out of reach at the moment that could change Man Utd still have to play us and Chelsea yet

Anyway with 5 minutes left on Phillip Dowd watch. Someone shouted out towards Wenger. 'fuck off out of our club, you French Wanker....We want our Arsenal back' What Arsenal is that then mate? The one what allows zenophobic insults? Let me tell you I hope and pray we don't get your Arsenal back. Because thats the day I will no longer goto football matches. No one is above criticism not even a man who brought 2 Doubles and a unbeaten season. I'm by no means a paid up member of the AKB but I has respect for a man who brought great football and trophies to our club.

Going back to the 'we want our Arsenal back' comment. I hear this alot I still don't know what it means? I can only assume that means they want us to spend money? But you tell me when Arsenal was prudent with money? In the 30's we was known as the Bank of England club maybe back then. But the comments come from 50 year olds and younger. I also hear they want David Dein back if Dein ever came back it would be with the Russian fella no one seems to want. So that rules that out.
Comments welcomed
@AFChymnSheet
Published with Blogger-droid v1.6.8
The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-77534669664975531582011-03-31T22:35:00.001-07:002011-03-31T22:35:34.316-07:00Ali ali AliadiereA few months ago Hymn Sheet stated on on Twitter that Jermaine Aliadiere was trainning at Arsenal to prove himself to Wenger in the hope of re-signing for the club 'he loves'. In the week he was given a game in the reserve game vs Wigan.

Sadly Aliadiere didn't score. But he has however shown enough ability to get a new 2 year deal at Arsenal. Jermaine is said to be frilled at the prospect of helping Arsenal try to win the Premiership this year. Whilst its not 100% that he will be in the squad for Blackburn. He may have a chance of being on the bench if RVP is ruled out.

In other news I was looking at our fixture list and everyone of our games are on Sky bar Fulham which still could be. Do Sky have more belief than many Gooners? Or do they want Geoff Shreeves to keep asking that much used question 'Are Arsenal out of it?' After dropping points? Arsenal will drop points from now til the end of the season but so will Man Utd we can win the league lets BELIEVE.

As I believe our lack of belief rubs off on the players. After points are, Arsenal fans in the numbers tweet negative comments to the boys on Twitter. Yes tough love does work but insults don't. I am not a fan of Denilson but will I insult him through Twitter no. He is still an Arsenal player so I will support him until he leaves

At Blackburn please turn up make some fucking noise its a 17.30 you should be awake by then.

Up the ARSE
Published with Blogger-droid v1.6.8
The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-63953836478243464052011-03-30T16:24:00.001-07:002011-03-30T16:24:30.098-07:00Rocky a hero to allAs a young lad my Father used to take us to the Arsenal me being 5 my brother 7. We used to get in the, ground bloody early so early my brother and I would play silly games one was spot the black guy in the crowd, now please don't judge we was kids in the early 80's when the colour of your skin was always a problem for idiots. Me and my brother however this wasnt the case. My reason for telling you this story is how the game of Football has brought Races, Cultures and sexes closer together. A major part of that was Black Football players, players like Barnes, Thomas and a true legend David Rocky Rocastle.
These guys open the door for a multi cultural crowd to enjoy a game of football or not enjoy as some cases maybe. On Saturday I will be at The Grove attending the game with my Muslim friend. Without the help of players like Rocastle would he of felt welcomed at the grove thankfully we will never know.

Rocky passed 10 years ago today as a way of acknowledging our love and respect we will be trying to get #RIPROCKY to trend on Twitter.
Saturday please show your support by singing Rocky's chant till your blue in the face

@afchymnsheet
Published with Blogger-droid v1.6.8
The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303258320813942396.post-51966197618221182382011-03-29T06:29:00.001-07:002011-03-29T06:29:41.434-07:00We're backWell after a long absence, The hymn sheet is back. Found a lovely blog droid on andriod so happy days. We are at the serious part of the season where trophies are handed out having have our hopes and dreams shattered in 3 cups. We now have to pick ourselves up and try for the league.

Trouble is our back up players are no where near as good as Man utd or Chelsea for that matter. Denilson shouldn't play for Arsenal again. Keepers get dropped when they make mistakes how many chances has this kid had? Of to West Ham I think. Diaby the most frustrating player of all time, the guy has bundles of ability but he tends to make stupid errors. Rosicky has been unlucky with injuries and is not the player we signed. Throw in Dodo Schillachi you have a receipe for error prone football. I won't slag of Almunia to much as. I think Wenger has made the Error of not signing a decent keeper.

One thing I do know about the Arsenal is our backs against the wall approach to football, sadly even that hasn't been apparrent of late. So Saturday we play a rubbish Blackburn team with the Referee who hates us.
I don't buy that he hates us. I just don't think he is a good referee. He made many errors vs Newcastle but him and his poor excuse of a lino ruled out a legit Newcastle goal for offside. We can't start thinking oh we have lost today because of Mr Dowd that is a defeatist attitude to have. One thing I will say our Home crowd need to realise they are as much apart of the run in as the Manager and team. Sing your hearts out, wether it be Blackburn or Man Utd. Every game is a cup final the lads need us.
Published with Blogger-droid v1.6.8
The Arsenal Hymn Sheethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07379875606480423822noreply@blogger.com0
